Proposal for a locally owned and run charcuterie in the Town of Gibsons on the Sunshine Coast BC. Meat is processed, cured, and aged on site. The small scale of the building is offset by the presence of a strong gable form, board and batten siding and a modern window composition.  At the entry, a window wall can slide open to create a more airy experience during the summer months.
